In today's world, diversity and inclusivity play an increasingly important role. WayPoint is a platform that aims to enhance societal outcomes with technological advancements and innovation in Recruitment and Talent Management Software. Built on the latest Google Cloud Platform Services, WayPoint is a cloud-based software designed to assist businesses in managing and simplifying the entire recruitment-talent sustainability process. This includes everything from applicant sourcing to candidate onboarding and sustaining a diverse and inclusive workplace. Using WayPoint, organisations can:

- Create/announce/manage talent programs, utilise custom online forms to pre-qualify applicants, review applications, and select suitable candidates from talent pipelines.

- Use tags to create shortlisting of candidates, notify candidates about their application status through email alerts, send automated no-reply email notifications to remind applicants of the application's close date and receive daily program statistic reports (total number of applicants per programs, applications completed, added last 24 hours, added last week and added last month).

- Oversee the planning and operating functions of talent-development programs, create a custom 360-degree dialog (Customisable Participant Survey) to help understand exactly how the participants are feeling in the workplace, objectively evaluate skills and competency by using the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA), create learning plans to plan and manage participant's learning development, observe and check the learning progress of participants, create and manage content/documents.
